I would take a look at the high viz tape instead, as it sticks like s**t to a blanket, and won't flake like the paint.

 

before getting reflective tape I used Tippex correcting fluid....cheap, comes with its own sponge 'brush'...it's obtainable in any stationers, quick drying and lasts for ages, if it flakes off its easy to touch it up. It shows up well in a headlight beam.

just buy mighty bright eny colour you whont best tip tape going , yellows , oranges , blues , white , green ,even black

 

Hi ,

back in the 80's i had a rod with glow in the dark paint on the tip . It worked a while , but absolutely not long enough . I would'nt bother with paint : a lot of work for a poor result ... just use reflective tape .
