Fished pier today - water wasn't really dirty but its got a bit of colour in it. Bigger problem is the fact that there is absolutely shed loads of weed in the water, mostly running along the bottom. Dunno whether Shoreham would be clearer.

Not a thing, Paul. Used Blows, blacks, reds, whites, crab, mackerel and squid. Never had a bite with 2 rods. had half a dozen crabs! Only fish caught was a bullhead which Short Rod had. The weed was really bad - no more than two or three minutes before hooks were covered.

 

Eastbourne was rough this morning Puddleman!

 

Shoreham wasn't too bad on the Arm today,just a bit around high.Managed 7 schoolies-1 sizeable,a sizeable flounder & an eel.

Paul,,my weather radar is telling me its gonna be breezy all week with poss force 6 over the weekend. short tides next week but at least we have eve highs..time to go east i feel..

I fished it yesterday with rag,lug,squid,maccie and crab nothing major only gar to me.Others had schoolies and gars also.Weed was not that bad yesterday but was there on bottom so probably only going to get worse

Good job the dogfish didnt look at the webcam today as well :victory: .... will probably be clearer tomorrow though.

None of them on the pier today , Billy fished shoreham beach and no sign of them there earlier either.
