Just been on Photo Recce (www.photorecce.co.uk) and have been checking out the pics etc for saltwick bay. It looks like it has some pretty good fishing spots etc. Does anyone ever venture there? Catch anything? I may have a trip there next week or summat.

i'm originally from staithes,so that is the area i know best and fish there most of the time.i now live on the east side of whitby and saltwick bay is just down the road like the fellah said it's just south of the abbey a lot of people would think it is private property as the road leading to it belongs to a caravan park.
