When the mackeral are in what does it get like down here ? is it like everwhere else with our once a year summer Mackerel anglers?

I was down there yesterday m8 u do get em down there but it ain't that bad there's always loads a room but the mackerel weren't about in great numbers either but they are there!
I was there on Saturday and as Simon says the aliens don't appear to have landed in any great numbers at the moment,but nor have the mackeral either!
I usually find that the once a year summer Mackerel anglers tend to fish in the middle of the Hoe,they don't seem to like walking too far,fortunately the best best area is up the end (not telling which):icecream:

Putting on my very uncomfortable 'PC' hat for a minute,
Sorry for the edit guys. Im sure we all feel the same, but picking out certain groups is not really on, some of them are year round 'proper' anglers. We would not like it said about us would we?

and without their money the pier repairs would not be done and the Breakwater rent of £17000 a year would not be paid by the Dover SAA
