I just tried replying but dont think it worked. nevermind, il go on my own. i know a guy who fished the mark il be fishing at the weekend, he had 2 rays and a sizeable bass, and with the crabs now peeling fishing should get better quickly. as for the nets - i was told only 2 nights ago that they stretch from the gap to herne bay, and they probably do , with gaps in between. but im sure they dont stop all the fish. its a good tide, gotta be in it to win it.

Was gonna go to Eastchurch tomoorw myself about 6pm and fish till midnight, but seems like its gonna be busy, so gonna go Warden Bay and see how I get on. jonmonkfish will be there tomorrow at eastchurch and will have his mobile with him so hopefully he will call me if he catches anything. went digging at Hoo marina today and pulled out 30 lug and about 50 maddies in 45 minutes so if you need bait then thats the place to go at the moment but you do need WADERS and someone to help you out of the mud as its very very soft.
