fished the island nowt for me but gareth wales had a 2lb codling on squid,spat a fresh sprat out as it was landed

Hi Bebby, I came back into it last September after a 6 year lay off and got a few fish, apart from one unexpected conger nothing big but it kept me going. This last month or so has been a real struggle, it seems there is very little about! Hopefully it can only get better and pick up, I'm not going to give up I'm determined to get a cod/codling before the season dies. Good luck, George
