the best way to keep reds

wot is the best way 2 keep reds and how long will thay last?

They are pretty easy to keep provided you keep them cool. If you want to keep them a while store them in a little sea water. I keep them in some fresh, damp stringy weed that lets them scour themselves clean and keeps them moist without them drying out. If you keep them in water then for ease of use its still best to give them some time to dry out and firm up. In weed they'll keep a week easy, in water a bit longer.

i just use cat litter trays and half an inch of sea water, changed daily. you really need a fridge, then they'll last weeks. i rest a newspaper on the tray (not in the water, just on top of the tray), i find this stops them crawling out.

leave for 2- 4 hours in a tray/ bucket/ pot with damp newspaper on the bottom, this will make them tough enough to cast.
